Project NutriBips

On May 17, 2026, the ‘NutriBips‘ project was successfully implemented at the Independent School in Khilgaon, Dhaka. Organized in association with Nutrition For Change, the initiative focused on instilling foundational health, nutrition, and hygiene habits in school-aged children through interactive sessions, competitive learning, and food innovation.

Core Project Pillars & Activities

1. Healthy Lifestyle Awareness for ChildrenThe team conducted an engaging session tailored to kids, translating complex nutritional concepts into simple, actionable daily habits. The focus centered on the importance of balanced meals, the role of micronutrients in growth, and minimizing the intake of processed junk food.

2. Hygiene Maintenance recognizing that nutrition and sanitation go hand in hand, the project included a practical demonstration on personal hygiene. Children were taught proper hand washing techniques and food handling safety to prevent food borne illness and support overall metabolic health.

3. Interactive Knowledge Quiz To reinforce the core messages of the day, an interactive quiz session was held. This high-energy segment allowed the children to showcase what they learned about nutrition and hygiene, with rewards driving active participation and retention.

4. Innovation Spotlight: ‘Nuttiko’ A major highlight of the event was the introduction of Nuttiko, an innovative, nutrient-dense food product developed entirely from dry nuts.

About Nuttiko:

Designed specifically as a healthy, appealing alternative to conventional school snacks, Nuttiko leverages the natural healthy fats, proteins, and essential minerals of dry nuts to combat school-hour fatigue and support childhood brain development.
